New User experience for a new brand identity.
As the artistic director of this project and UX designer, my goal was to conduct a market study of the brand and revamp its entire visual identity. looking for a web.
The goal for the brand was to highlight its expertise and values while respecting its existing colors and logo.
1. Define a Web Graphic Charter
Essential element that defines the rules of a brand or project’s visual identity. It has allowed me to ensure coherence and standardization of graphic elements used for applications.

1b. Benchmark
The company’s benchmark allowed me to understand the brand’s positioning relative to its competitors. Understanding the market well enables the company to stand out effectively and highlight its strengths.
This benchmark helped me identify areas for improvement to develop an appropriate brand guideline.
1c. Chinese portrait
After completing the brand benchmark, it was necessary to gather all the information and proceed to the interview stage. The interviews allowed me to gain a better understanding of the brand’s history and its desired positioning. Analyzing all this information enabled me to create a Chinese portrait of the brand.

All these steps allowed me to define a clear objective for the brand guidelines. These steps are essential to ensure the brand guidelines are best suited to the various objectives of the company.
All this information was compiled and presented in a presentation to the company’s management.
