Project description

After raising funds from various investors, Ms Martinez has created a company specializing in 100% Made in France connected bracelets. She wanted to offer her connected bracelets for sale on the French market, so she asked us to create the most appropriate strategy for her.

UX Approach

Here’s my UX approach for my main target:
Healthy well-being & fitness

➢ Mindset analysis grid (Figma)

This state-of-mind grid enabled me to get to know my persona better, so I could analyse the potential functionalities that might interest him.

➢ Field study (Google Forms)

This form allows you to :
  • Determine our target audience
  • Prioritize the most frequently used functions
  • Define the obstacles to use
  • Find out how interested users are in made in France products.
  • For this project, the interviews enabled me to determine several points :
    • Objective and sport motivation
    • Consumption habits
    • What they like about using a connected bracelet
    • Purchasing criteria
    • Pains points
    • Overall observation

    This method allows us to understand what the job is, from the customer’s perspective.
    It has enabled me to :

    • Help create innovative products or services that are adopted by end-users.

    In creating my Empathy Map, I wanted to get to know and understand my persona better.

    For my persona, I was able to define the various stages in which the user might need the app or bracelet in his or her daily life. This starts with the very first point of contact to create a relationship with the brand’s connected bracelets and app.

    Creation of a blueprint service to define the user experience at the heart of the user journey, during the search for and purchase of the connected wristband enabling a personalized program and quality follow-up.
